customer design team to assist in developing an implementation plan that moves your part from design to full production quantities.
CAD/CAM
OSP uses CAD design programs for part design, tool
design, drawings and document control and CAM for
machining complex parts.
CNC
OSP machinists employ CNC technology to produce
in-house tooling along with various parts,
components, and cavities with taper angles or
products requiring intricate profiles.
Tooling
OSP provides the tooling design required for each
job. We believe that managing our own tooling helps
guarantee the quality of our precision turned
products. It allows us to remain flexible for a
variety of materials and new processes, and allows
us to manage project turn-around times for the
benefit of our customers.
Finishing
OSP manages any required finishing or secondary
operations in-house.
